Post-spraying, workpieces enter the High-Temperature Tunnel Oven. Within precisely controlled zones (standard 180°C–250°C; up to 600°C for specialty glazes), the coating undergoes complete cross-linking. Unlike air-drying, thermal curing significantly boosts film hardness, chemical resistance, and aging stability. It effectively eliminates "orange peel" textures, guaranteeing a consistent, mirror-like high-gloss finish.
