Curing oven is the core unit to fix paint film. It includes hot‑air circulation oven for powder & baking paint, IR infrared oven for fast partial curing, UV curing machine for second‑level instant curing. Qualified temperature uniformity is ±5℃.
Process Flow
Painted workpiece enters oven → Heating section → Holding curing section → Slow cooling section → Discharge. IR oven supports multi‑zone temperature control. Powder coating:180‑220℃×10min; liquid paint:80℃×30min.

Stainless steel inner chamber + rock wool insulation ≥100mm + air knife circulation + PID‑PLC temperature control + IR quartz / ceramic heater + mesh / chain conveyor + waste gas outlet.
