Linha de revestimento eletrostática para móveis e portas de armário
Overview
The Ω-type disc electrostatic coating line arranges multiple rotary disc stations around an omega-shaped overhead conveyor. Parts rotate 2–8 rpm while the discs reciprocate vertically, achieving 360° wrap-around coverage on profiled furniture and kitchen cabinet doors. Paint savings reach 30–60% compared with manual spray booths.
Layout
Loading → Electrostatic dedusting → Ω disc spray booth (2–6 stations) → Flash-off → IR/hot-air curing → Cooling → Unloading. Booth options: water curtain or dry filter with VOC exhaust and RTO option.

FAQ
Can the line handle waterborne wood coatings?
Yes. Disc drive isolation and ground-fault monitoring are standard for waterborne operation.
How many disc stations do I need?
Depends on daily output and part size. A typical cabinet door line uses 3–4 stations at 1.5 m/min.
What curing method is recommended?
IR tunnel for waterborne topcoats; hot-air oven for primer and UV sealer.
