Process Flow

Loading → Pretreatment → Multi‑station spraying → Flash‑off → Curing → Cooling → Unloading. Full‑line PLC linkage, chain speed adjustable 0.5‑5 m/min.

Main Components

Power & free conveyor / roller bed + multiple reciprocators or robots + constant‑temperature paint center + hot‑air / IR oven + RTO / activated carbon + PLC + MES interface.
