Product Introduction

Spray painting machine and spraying system is composed of actuator, paint supply unit and control system. Types include reciprocator, robot station, rotary table machine and flat roller coater. It acts as the working hand of automatic coating line.

Process Flow

Loading & positioning → Synchronize gun distance, paint flow and chain speed → Multi‑pass primer & topcoat spraying → Off‑line or enter flash‑off zone.

Servo reciprocating axis (±0.1mm) + electrostatic bell / spray gun + constant‑temperature paint tank (±1℃) + pneumatic parts + PLC & teach pendant + explosion‑proof cabinet.
