Workpieces are hung on an overhead chain conveyor and pass through electrostatic dedusting, spraying and curing zones. The rotary disc atomizer (Φ170–250 mm) runs at 20,000–60,000 rpm and is charged to 0–120 kV DC, producing finely atomized paint particles that wrap around the grounded part for uniform coverage.
