Utilizing the same principle as electrostatic dust removal, this machine leverages a high-voltage electrostatic field to revolutionize your painting process. The DISK pneumatic turbine atomizer is vertically mounted on a reciprocating lift system. Driven by compressed air, the pneumatic motor spins at an ultra-high speed of 50,000 rpm. Paint is precisely fed via a specialized gear pump into the high-speed rotating alloy disk (atomizing disk). As the paint is ejected, it is instantly atomized into ultra-fine particles.

These atomized paint particles are charged with high-voltage negative electricity (0–120kV), causing them to repel each other and disperse evenly. Guided by the electrostatic field, they are powerfully attracted to the positively charged workpiece, forming a bright, durable, and firmly adhered paint layer.
