Высокоскоростная ротационная дисковая электростатическая система распыления
Overview
The rotary disc electrostatic spraying system uses a balanced aluminium disc driven by a pneumatic turbine up to 60,000 rpm. Paint is fed to the disc centre and centrifugally atomized at the edge, then negatively charged (0–120 kV) and attracted to the grounded workpiece. The result is ultra-uniform film thickness with wrap-around coverage on all visible surfaces.
Как это работает
Paint is supplied by a gear pump to the spinning disc. Centrifugal force tears the fluid into fine droplets at the disc periphery. A high-voltage electrode charges the droplets; the electric field drives them toward the earthed part, overcoming spray turbulence and reducing overspray.
Key Advantages
- Disc speed 20,000–60,000 rpm, stepless adjustment
- Transfer efficiency 85–95%, paint savings 30–60%
- Excellent wrap-around for edges and recesses
- Simple structure, low maintenance (stationary disc config)
- Совместимость с растворительными, водорастворимыми и УФ-покрытиями

FAQ
Which disc diameter should I choose?
Φ170–Φ200 mm for small parts; Φ220–Φ250 mm for large flat panels and high-throughput lines.
How is color change handled?
Manual flush takes 10–15 min. Optional automatic solvent/purge system reduces downtime.
Is the system CE certified?
Yes. Electrical cabinets, turbo drive and HV generator comply with CE directives.
