Developed by Dongguan Geetech Electrical-Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., the Geetech robotic spray painting line is an integrated industrial surface treatment solution combining precision robotic arms, intelligent spraying systems, automated conveyance, and eco-friendly processing. It enables fully automated, end-to-end production from loading, pre-treatment, multi-layer coating, baking/UV curing, to final inspection and unloading.

Core System Components

• Robotic / Reciprocating Spray Execution Unit: 6-axis/7-axis articulated robots or 5-axis CNC reciprocators (X/Y/Z + A/B rotation axes), equipped with electrostatic/airless/air spray guns for 360° dead-zone-free coverage on complex surfaces, deep cavities, and internal walls (e.g., vacuum flask liners).
• Pre-treatment & Conveyance Module: Electrostatic dust removal, flame treatment, rotary table/chain conveyor, AGV docking interface, synchronized workpiece rotation with spray gun trajectories.
• Spray Process Section: Multi-booth layout (adhesion promoter → primer → topcoat), dry-type recyclable spray booths, closed-loop paint supply, rapid color change; each coat followed by IR leveling ovens and UV curing.
• Control Unit: Robot controller + PLC-based operation console with 10″ industrial touchscreen, graphical programming, remote monitoring, fault self-diagnosis, and key-component lifecycle alerts.
• Environmental & Safety Systems: Enclosed spray booths, overspray recovery, VOC abatement units, safety light curtains; paint utilization up to 90%+, solvent cleaning consumption reduced by ~40%.
