Developed by Dongguan Geetech, this solution integrates PVD vacuum coating with multi-layer UV spray painting and instant UV curing into a single automated line, enabling true end-to-end turnkey production from loading to packing.

  • Process Overview: Auto cleaning (electrostatic dust removal + flame treatment) → UV primer spray → IR leveling → UV curing → PVD chamber (thermal evaporation) → UV mid/top coat spray → IR leveling → UV curing → auto unloading + in-line QC.
  • Common Configurations: 2-spray-2-bake, 3-spray-3-bake dual-UV, scalable up to 5-spray-5-bake triple-UV.
  • Substrates & Effects: Metal, plastics, glass, ceramics; delivers mirror-like metallic finish, gradient colors, 3H+ hardness, scratch resistance, anti-fingerprint, and resistance to alcohol & perfume corrosion.
