Stationary Disc Spray Machine with Reciprocating Lifter
Overview
A stationary disc spray machine keeps the rotary disc fixed in X/Y and moves only on the Z-axis via a servo reciprocator (stroke 800–2500 mm). This is the lowest-maintenance configuration of a disc electrostatic spraying system—no horizontal servo drift, no belt changes—making it ideal for continuous coating of bicycle frames, helmet shells, tool boxes and electrical enclosures.
How It Works
The disc atomizer remains stationary while the reciprocator sweeps it vertically along the hanging part. Combined with hanger rotation (2–8 rpm), the part receives uniform coverage on all sides. Paint is delivered by gear pump, disc speed and HV are adjustable per recipe.
Key Advantages
- Lowest maintenance disc configuration
- Fixed disc = no horizontal alignment issues
- Reciprocator stroke customizable (800–2500 mm)
- Transfer efficiency 85–95%
- Compact footprint, easy retrofit into existing lines

FAQ
Why choose stationary disc over robotic bell?
Lower capital cost, simpler maintenance, higher paint output per head—ideal for high-volume regular parts.
Can I add a turntable fixture?
Yes. A turntable or chain rotation (2–8 rpm) coats internal faces and blind spots.
What is the footprint?
Approx. 2.5 m × 2.0 m for a single-head station, scalable by adding booths.
